Every spring, our swans at Hills of Rest Memorial Park will hatch a number of baby cygnets.  The adult swans become very protective and territorial of their offspring.  From this protective example, Hills of Rest Memorial Park has developed our Cygnet Plan to provide peace of mind to families with minor children or grandchildren.

      The loss of a child carries a double burden:  the emotional loss to a young family followed by a financial burden at a time in life when money is often hard to come by.  Here is how our plan works:  Should a protected child covered under the Cygnet Plan die before the age of 18, the cemetery will match whatever services you have pre-paid at no additional cost.  Our plan also covers active military and emergency service personnel regardless of age.
